Mathias Schwartz-Claus

Mathias Schwartz-Clauss, born in 1964, holds an MA in art history and philosophy. Between 1990 and 2013 he organized international travelling exhibitions and edited catalogues as Vitra Design Museum's curator and senior curator. He has been responsible for Boisbuchet's program of workshops and exhibitions since 2013, supervising the development of the site's architecture and landscape. Domaine de Boisbuchet has facilitated intense programmes of international summer workshops since 1990. The courses are offered from June through the end of September and are led by renowned designers, architects and artists who live and work together.
