Mortlach Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a nearly 200 year old treasure of Scotland’s iconic Speyside region, is launching Mortlach by Design, a project that celebrates the audacity, boldness and complexity that defines the brand.
Mortlach by Design celebrates this design-forward process by partnering with some of the world’s best designers and rising creatives on one-of-a-kind products that will culminate in an extraordinary whisky experience. Inspired by Mortlach’s six stills, the program will ask six designers to create a unique product that defines the Mortlach brand and whisky. These characteristics - audacious, magnetic, obsessive, enigmatic, complex and bold - are core to the foundation of Mortlach, and define the spirit in the modern world. Over the course of 2022, at key moments in the design calendar, it will reveal these one-of-a-kind works by renowned creatives. The first collaboration will be revealed in February 2022.
