Glenn Charles, Jr. is the Founder, President & CEO of both - GCJ Management (Est. 2011) and Show Strategy (Est. 2017). GCJ Management is a full-service Planning, Project Management, Convention, Meeting and Special Event Management Company. GCJ Management represents owners and or producers of conventions, meeting, special events and experiences, who don’t have internal operations or event teams to execute or properly manage the required production task. Show Strategy, Inc was established as a bespoke General Services Contractor, focusing on the convention, meeting, special event and experiential industries. Show Strategy builds, provides install and dismantles labor for the planned project(s), within these respective industries.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?: Perfect Happiness is living a life feeling fulfilled and whole, that is not continent on a person, place or thing.

Which living person do you most admire?: The person I admire the most today is Shawn Carter.

What is your greatest extravagance?: My greatest extravagance is an engagement ring I purchased, and gave to my Fiancée.

What is your current state of mind?: My current state of mind is, everything happens

Which words or phrases do you most overuse?: The word I think I overuse is "FACTS".

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?: If I could change one thing about myself, it would be the reserve I have in social settings.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?: My greatest achievement to date is, deciding to become an entrepreneur.

If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?: If I were to die and come back, I would come back as a rare collectible automobile.

Where would you most like to live?: I would like to live on a Caribbean Island, most notably Anguilla.

What is your most treasured possession?: My most treasured possession is my watch collection.

What is your favorite occupation?: Being an Entrepreneur.

What is your most marked characteristic?: My most marked characteristic is my ambition.

What do you most value in your friends?: The thing I value the most in friends is, Loyalty.

Who are your favorite writers?: My favorite writers are Mayo Angelou, Patrick Lencioni, Robert Kiyosaki, T.D. Jakes

Who are your heroes in real life?: My héros are my Grandparents and Parents.

What is it that you most dislike?: I dislike, lack of initiative.

What is your greatest regret?: My greatest regret is, not starting my business earlier.
